Our puppies are raised in our home with intentional early socialization and enrichment.
Puppies will receive:

AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD PURCHASE AGREEMENT & SALES CONTRACT

2. LIMITED REGISTRATION & NO-BREEDING
This dog is sold with Limited Registration for companion/pet use only. Breeding is strictly prohibited.

Penalty: If this dog is bred (intentionally or accidentally), the Buyer agrees to pay the Breeder $5,000 in liquidated damages per litter.

Spay/Neuter: The Buyer agrees to spay/neuter this dog between the ages of 12 and 18 months.
3. LIFETIME HEALTH GUARANTEE (GENETIC)
The Breeder certifies that both parents have been DNA tested and are Clear of the following breed-specific diseases. Therefore, the Breeder guarantees this puppy will never be clinically affected by:

MDR1 (Drug Sensitivity), HSF4 (Hereditary Cataracts), CEA (Collie Eye Anomaly), and DM (Degenerative Myelopathy).

If a licensed vet proves the dog is genetically affected by these specific conditions; must be seen by our personal vet as well; within the first 2 years, the Breeder will [replace the puppy / refund the price].

Breeder’s Veterinary Exam: The Breeder certifies that this puppy has been examined by the Breeder's licensed veterinarian on [Date: __________] and was found to be in good health with no known contagious diseases or apparent congenital defects at the time of sale. Documentation of this exam and the puppy’s current health record (vaccinations/deworming) will be provided to the Buyer at the time of pickup.
4. BUYER CARE RESPONSIBILITIES
Aussies are active, intelligent dogs. The Buyer agrees to:

Weight: Maintain the dog at a lean, healthy weight to protect joints.

Socialization: Provide regular socialization and basic obedience training.

Vet Care: Maintain heartworm prevention and core vaccinations.
5. RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL (NO SHELTER POLICY)
If the Buyer can no longer keep the dog for any reason, the Breeder must be notified immediately. The Breeder has the first right to take the dog back. The dog shall never be sold to a third party, surrendered to a shelter, or given to a rescue.
